Deserving of all praise and compliments…what an amazing transformation!!I l love your goals and drive, way to make the most of life!! And Happy Birthday, I bet it's been a GREAT one!!

wow, seeing some interesting goals. Perhaps I have a larger frame. I'm 5'8 and my goal is 150-155. Who knows, goal may change when I get there. I'm 20 lbs away...I've been focusing more on BF% and fit level than I have on the scale number. I want to jiggle less and be strong! :)

Reading through the posts, I realize I'm one of the first to differ here. MFP was pretty accurate when calculating cals burned for the 30DS. It estimates ~220 calories, and my HRM reports somewhere between 230-250, depending on the day and level. The formula would give me a 135 calorie burn… I just did her Banish Fat Boost…

Everyone's artwork is awesome! Love this thread. My favorite medium is papier-mache. I specialize in custom piñatas! Here are a few of my favorites:

Yup, haven't stepped foot in a gym in over 2 years. I've lost ~35lbs in the last 5 months by eating healthy and exercising in my living room. Started with a few games on the Wii (Just Dance 2, Cardio Boxing, etc), and I already owned Tae Bo and Zumba on DVD. After doing the 30 Day Shred, I'm hooked on many of Jillian…

ah, gotta love the threads under Chit-Chat, Fun, and Games. I don't think anything the OP said was particularly offensive…it's all in good fun and general curiosity. As for me, I would like a minor gap for comfort, not appearance. I would love to wear my skirts and dresses without needing shorts underneath. I would love…

I weigh myself every day. Heck, I probably hop on the scale 3-4 times a day. I may have an obsessive personality, but anyway, my weight fluctuates similar to yours. Though I weigh in excessively, I'm not bothered or discouraged by the fluctuations. I also take measurements and find this has been a great motivator. Plus, I…

Hi there! As mentioned, it is pretty intense. However, it can be modified and done at any pace that suits your grandfather. Just note that some of the moves are particularly hard on the knees and joints, so just be wary of it. As for calories burned, I'm actually impressed with MFP estimates. I (as well as many others) log…

Okay, so all you rat lovers are awesome! Don't have any right now, but here a few of my furry babies from the past... Meg and Silvey Mischa and Chunky; Iris (eyeless runt that was bound for the snakes!) Miss my sweet ratties…they were all so loving!

Here's our sweet angel of a kitty, Sophie. A surprise from Amazon, we decided to keep her ;) Part Maine Coon and a rescue kitty. Also has an impressive pet passport, having traveled and lived in 4 countries!

Yup, Gin & Tonic is a good choice...found this link that lists other low-cal cocktails... http://www.sandiegomagazine.com/Blogs/Dr-San-Diego/January-2010/10-Low-Calorie-Cocktails-To-Order-When-You-039re-Out/

^THIS exactly! I own them all and do them on a regular basis as well. They're great!! I'd like to add Kickbox FastFix to the list, also by JM. It will make TaeBo seem like a joke; I own 3 TaeBo workouts on DVD...and I don't miss Billy Blanks one bit. I also love my Zumba dvd. Wasn't much for dancing before but have gotten…

I'm 5'8 and currently weigh in at 177. Starting weight was 210lbs. My goal is between 150 and 155 lbs. I can't imagine being any lower than that with my frame size and muscle/toning goals.

Got my PT4 a few weeks ago, and I LOVE it! The first few work-outs took some adjusting. I think the strap was too tight and when I bent down for an exercise move, my boobs made the monitor pop out on one side (it buttons on) making my HR 0. AND at some point, it told me my HR was 200, which is impossible for me. Since…

Hi there! NOT all the same. I love eating my fruit...and I know the Sugar/Carbs are coming from healthy sources. I found this topic with the same question here on MFP...with many great, yet somewhat conflicting, responses. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/572481-natural-sugar-vs-refined-sugar

Sounds fun, I'm up for the challenge....count me in!!

"Damn that's outstanding girl! !" [/quote] Thank you so much User819! MFP and all the encouragement helps keep me going!

I'm still a work in progress, but here's what can happen in 3 months time! The before picture is me at ~200lbs (not thrilled here), and the after, exactly 3 months later at 183lbs (I'm 5'8). It was taken after I completed the 30 Day Shred, which I would recommend if you're looking for fast results, but note you'll lose…

So no voodoo magic here, but the Shred did wonders for my backflab. It reduced it quite a bit! I have a ways more to lose before I look as great as you, but here are my results from the Shred...towards bottom of page 8...…

I was also a late bloomer...took what felt like forever to see the results. Finally around day 25-26, the scale moved and the inches lost seemed more noticeable. I think the pics say it all. Here's a link to my results...I'm on page 8…

I sure do wish I could give you my happy success story, but I regret having my breast reduction. I'm probably part of the small percentage of women who experienced complications/risks involved with the surgery... If you'd like to know more, send me a message, and I'll gladly share my story. I don't want to discourage or…

Bump for later...doing Insanity soon.

You are stunning! I loved reading your story, very inspirational...and funny too: ref. to cakewalk, LOL... Continue to allow your beauty to radiate, inside and out! All the haters are jealous and as you learned, not worth keeping around. The best of luck to you in Germany!!!

Another olive lover here. I've eaten a variety of olives while traveling through Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, etc...they are all yummy!

Bump. Receiving this HRM tomorrow...hopefully no issues, but just in case....

Well, sex and height will also factor in calories burned...which MFP does, but others here will need it if you're looking for comparisons. This is a hard thing to gauge because so much depends on factors you can't really measure on your own...such as what kind of shape you're in already and how much effort you're putting…
