This is what I was going to say. More nutritionally dense food, will keep you full longer, give you more energy, and just make you feel better in general.

You could either count it, or change your daily activities description in the "goals" section to reflect the increased level of activity instead.

Grilled fruit! Slice some apples or peaches, lightly brush with olive oil (or non-fat spray) to keep from sticking from grill ( or skip, they're not terrible for sticking anyway) and grill until soft with char marks. It's delicious on it's own, or add a dollop of yogurt (whatever kind you prefer)

Have you tried switching to sugar free PB? We started buying it as a treat for our dog, but we eat it now too. I got used to the less sweet taste right away.
