I plan out and pre-log, especially weekdays. I just finished entering all my food for the next 6 days. Tomorrow I will spend a few hours cooking and prepping all my meals and snacks for the week. I'll give it a try. I may not do too well this week, but who knows. I don't watch my sodium as I usually only pay attention to calories, so that will be interesting. 60 minutes a day is going to be tough.
