I hate canned veggies and never buy them. As the others stated, they've got WAY too much sodium, and honestly...? They just don't taste good at all. They're mushy and bleh..... (Can you tell I hate them? LOL!). Go for frozen, definitely!

Don't be scared to eat. Your body needs fuel to lose weight. Try protein - eggs, lean chicken, fish, etc. You get calories without a lot of the fat. You don't want to fill up the extra calories with ice cream when you can eat better foods. I'm sure others will have more ideas for you, too.

Why don't you pick what you like, eat half, and get a "go box" for the other half? That's what I did at my favorite mexican restaurant the other night! That way you get what you want, but don't go completely overboard! I don't take a day off, per se, I just make up for it later in the day.

You can always get a heart rate monitor and just log the calories you've burned using that, instead. Either way, I think you're good.

I don't know how much you like raw veggies, but I'll eat baby carrots, celery or even a tomato (like an apple) and they stop me from being hungry without using more than about 35-50 cals. Good luck! You can do this.

You might want to check your oatmeal entry??? Sometimes I'll search the database, put something in my food diary, and then have to go back and adjust the servings/serving size because I wasn't paying attention.
