  • I do not have infections, but I do get really stuffy nose and sinuses. I've been much better since going dairy free.
  • I was a dairy addict. Cheese and butter were staples. Ice cream, iced mocha, or something similar at least once a week. Also the crackers, bread, cookies - not that I ate a lot of them, but I miss not having it available.
  • My husband complains of this frequently. I'm wondering now if he has a food allergy causing it.
