i eat what mfp tells me to eat but i saw this http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 and i contacted him maybe ill give this a try . .. im just so upset because when i was 19 i lost weight real quick never had any problems now that im 22 it so hard to lose weight gah!!

every thursday because then i know that if i want to see the number on that scale drop then i need to bust my butt to get that scale to drop lol. i also with a red pen X out every day that i work out on a calender so that i can see how often i work out and on thursdays i will write in whatever the scale said that thursday.

i was burning the calories from the day before lol i dont agree with working out so i can eat more lol i really just wanted to help work off those calories but i was like i could have a slice or two and then i was like PIZZA lol oops

yes i am lol i burned a total of 1071 calories. goal calorie intake is 1490. so i had 4 slices of pizza :/ which pushed me over the edge thats like a thousand calories lol i dont know how much im not going to look lol but now im negative 108 calories because when you burn it gives you those calories back. so i had 2561…

ok i dont have a job right now so it is set to sedentary . . lol i work out during the day while im waiting to start training to be a bus driver lol so i guess it will stay at sedentary :/

i usually dont like things with alot of caffeine in them so i try to stay away from things like that but i know 5 hour energy says it doesn't make you jittery. i drank the protein shake only because im running low on food and haven't gotten paid yet lol but i will give what everyone said a shot :) thank you

i just recently found out that im 5'8 so im looking at 175 i think for my goal weight . . . i started over my tracker so i havent weighed in yet i dont even know how much iv lost this time around know that i know how tall i really am lol. feel free to add me everyone!!!

i just tried it today also :D i have the other biggest loser work out DVDs and what i forgot to say was compared to the first cardio work out that they have i feel that you ill get the same calorie burning work out. But with this one you seem to have 1. more options and 2. Bob is way more intense.

exactly and i never put sugar or sweetener in my tea so i was like shocked that someone would say this too me.

no i just walk i dont run or anything i mean i might get tired but thats about it

cardio i either go on a hike with my dog and thats about an hour and i take more then enough water but if i dont do that then i try to get at least 25 -35 minutes of cardio in but today i did not go on a hike
