  • the only thing i have logged in the past is my vitamins but that is more for accountability on my part to make sure i take them regularly.
  • Amazing...that was wonderful and touching...thank you so much for sharing your fear, grief, and overall strength. Gives us all a little bit of a wake up even if our journeys are a little shorter but it touches on many more things in our lives and our families than just in our weight and health. Thank you again.
  • thank you so much for this...you look absolutely fantastic. it is exciting to see. I am also 5'4" and my starting weight was 189. I have set my goal weight to 140 so now i can get an idea from your pictures how much difference it really makes getting close to that goal. Congrats!!! great job.
  • i also just started it 5 days ago. the first three days i just logged it under circuit training. On the 3rd day I did get a S7 ECG heart rate monitor from Wal-Mart for about $30. It seems to be pretty accurate compared to the circuit training time versus calories burned.
  • i am in. hoping to be 140 by June 26, 2011. 41 more pounds to go.
  • that is so exciting to hear...i started on here 12/29/10 and my starting weight was 189 and I am also 5'4". I would love to get to your weight but my first MAIN goal is 140. so glad to hear this story since weight and height wise it is similar to mine.
  • Love all the info on the BB dvds. I purchased HIP HOP ABS last June and havent really used it yet.....i guess here is my question...i feel completely uncoordinated trying to do these moves and steps...Does it get easier? I do not feel I am making the best of my workout because it doesnt feel like i am doing the steps…
  • thank you. I am 5'4". probably medium build. In high school i was about 125-130 freshman through senior year.
  • I usually go over my lunch hour to a no frill type gym that has a shower. I have found some really satisfying recipes and meals in some cookbooks i had that were written and created for diabetics. I spoke with a dietician couple years ago and she suggested these recipes since they usually follow the food group mentality…
