Silly Question

I have been very sick for the past 3 days. (still sick, but I think I feel like I am starting to get better) I took 2 whole days with absolutely no exercise. I think it is just a bad cold. Anyway, I have been taking a lot of medicine. Do any of you log medicine as food? I haven't eaten very much, but I know that it is just because I am sick and will eat more when I am better. I know its silly to think about medicine in terms of calories. I have had about 50 Halls over the past 3 days and dayquil and NyQuil and Tylenol Congestion. I haven't logged it, but I was thinking about it. Anyone?

I personally don't log medicine I guess because I never thought about it :laugh:0

the only thing i have logged in the past is my vitamins but that is more for accountability on my part to make sure i take them regularly.0

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure the calories are near negligible. Suppose you did consume 200 calories in cough drops and cold medicine??? It's not as though you will be doing it all the time!
So, no worries. Count them as freebies. I've never known anyone to be obese from taking too many throat lozenges! :laugh:0
