That even if you go off the life style for a few days some good habits will stubbornly remain. I haven't add sugar to my coffee in almost a year, and I cringe when I remember how much sugar I used to add to every cup.

My most recent and surprising for me NSV is that i am starting to listen to my body. I don't remember ever feeling full or like eating something wasn't fufilling before but I am doing now. And it surprises me how I lived for over 30 years eating just because.
