Yes. I actually had too much fiber today and yesterday from blueberries, broccoli and Kashi cereal and it makes your stomach hurt and move your bowels too fast!

I have this too!!! You should have Greek Yogurt with lots of fruit or Orville Redenbacher 100 calorie kettle corn popcorn. Eat it slowly and it usually satisfies my cravings!!
