Hear hear. This is what I thought, so it is between this and ribcage thought process in my opinion. Loved the answer too. I prefer overweight though, lol. The hard work shall continue. Thanks.

Yeah, I know I don't have that far. That is why I mentioned the body fat %. If 30% is accurate, my lean body mass is 175ish, thus I expect to have mine in the 200s if I keep lifting. But yeah, I tried to delete this particular post, someone suggested in the fixed thread that it could be my ribcage.

Hmmm, this seems like a reasonable deduction. If it is my rib, then I should be able to feel my ribcage below right? This seems more likely than a belly roll to me, but it could just be my personal desire to not have belly rolls.

Yep, that is why I am asking... I feel I carry the weight a little bit lower on my belly, so was curious. Also, I could have just have really deep abdominal lines or whatever, idono. That is why I asked. Especially since there is a big difference between 24% and 30%. Almost as close to 16% as 30%, lol Is anabolic stuff…
