Hey listen we should use a spreadsheet like this one https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ftni4Aul_k7DgUbrPiyReYbGAhOGqGciIhMpXNXJk3c/edit#gid=268211301 so we can have better view of our goals and progress... I can change the units to lb and Spanish to English. you just save the link and edit the new data every week!

I really need to drink more water! Today for example I bought a bottle of 500 ml, drink less than half of it and then I lost it. That was all the water for the day. I think yesterday i didn´t drink any water :'( So I am totally in for this challenge!

I use Slim fast but no strictly, I sustitute one meal with the shake every now and then, specially if I know i´m gonna be tempted by food later, like parties o dates. And plus, I like the shakes but I can´t see me taking them for breakfast and dinner, it´s too much! :noway:
