Lol my local adorable sabatour got me with both the samosas and the thin mints, I haven't opened them yet though lol....I know once the box is open it's all down hill from there - freezing the thin mints sounds like an awesome idea

Weight training while eating at a deficit has huge benefits for what you will look like naked after you lose the weight. I don't need science to prove that, just the bathroom mirror when I hop out of the shower lol

Thanks, ok, that makes me feel better. I'd rather have a shake before bed and not wake up with the hunger pains, but it was throwing my head into a tailspin hearing so much about the benefit of fasting and letting your body experience hunger lol. I shall continue to happily eat more later in the day :)

Get the real stuff, organic 70-80% dark chocolate is amazing and way better for you. Chocolate is supposed to be a decadent treat.

I usually have one or two days of wanting to eat anything that's not nailed down, but as long as it's not an extra 1000 calories or something, it all evens out with overall mindful eating, use your week's calories as a goal rather than just every individual day.

Lol I came in thinking this was a joke post, squats do not ruin any *kitten*..... Cupcakes ruin an *kitten*....squats plus cupcakes...so far so good lol but really, squats have been a godsend for my *kitten*, once you lose weight...those squats are your best friend.

I used to put it in my waistband - but after it fell a few times lol....I started using a belt clip which comes with the otterbox case I have for my iPhone.
