You can do torso twist or other simple movements like sucking your stomach in and out i know it sounds crazy but if you do enough you'll feel the burn.

I also have a 1200 calorie diet and believe me it is VERY hard but I've learned that fruit helps in a big way if u eat it throughout the day. Its also calorie free and very healthy and it keeps your body frm feeling like it is starving. Also if you exercise more you can eat more.

Same here. I'm 5'8" and all my friends say "its in your height" kind of tired of hearing that. I know how I want my body to look. I don't care how others think I look or what they think I don't need to lose.
