I have them for lunch or breakfast. I eat real food too. I add high fiber foods to them. Yesterday I added a cup of canned pumpkin to my chocolate shake. Today it was a half cup of fresh raspberries. I mix them with the bullet blender and add a little ice. I like them better cold.

Just finished level 1 of the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I hate that woman and love her at the same time. It was not that bad to do, but man am I sweating. Gotta go clean up and get ready for work. I can feel the heat in my whole body from working out.

I went for a walk with my boys this morning. We walked just over a mile. We will go out again in just a little bit. I made the boys mini pizza's with whole grain tortilla shells, cheese, and turkey pepperoni. I made myself an egg white omelet with an asian cabbage salad. I am going to do the level one shred in just a few.
