I was gave 1 month and 1 week notice of my sisters wedding which I am the Maid of honor in. I weighed in today and am at -20 pounds. I did it in 1 month by eating like 500-.800 calories every day which 90% consisted of fruits and vegetables. This may not be the healthiest way but it worked for me.

Create multiple mini goals such as: loose 5 pounds, loose 15. Once you reach one goal for yourself, you'll be motivated enough to keep going. Also start with small goals such as 5 pounds and once you reach them and step on the scale and see a smaller number you will be so satisfied and thrive to reach your next goal. :)

My first time dieting I lost 38 pounds in one Summer easily. I gained all if that back and more and this is my second time and i've lost 20 pounds atm and still going.
