I'm doing to the same thing right now. It's definitely possible! You'll lose more than 30lbs in that time from if you just cut complex carbs and get all your carbs from vegetables. I'm on day 3 the first week is the toughest but I bought ketostix and tested and I'm burning medium.

Hey there! I am 5'4", 143 lbs hoping to lose 13 lbs. I am trying to intake under 1200 cal and I work out 2X per week for 30 mins. It says I am in a deficit, but it all depends on your personal goal.
