Faster results with low carb?

Iv'e been battling with unwanted fat for a while now and want to lose 30 lbs within 3 months, if that's possible. I'm thinking of Trying to go on the Ketosis diet. Any thoughts? I'm planning to aim for 25 g of carbs and using the rest for protein and some fat.

    I'm doing to the same thing right now. It's definitely possible! You'll lose more than 30lbs in that time from if you just cut complex carbs and get all your carbs from vegetables. I'm on day 3 the first week is the toughest but I bought ketostix and tested and I'm burning medium.

    Personally, I think low carb (or low anything for that matter) is horrible for your body. You can cause serious damage to your metabolism by doing low carb diets. 25g of carbs a day sounds CRAZY to me, but your body. I eat 148g a day and in my opinion the more I can get away with eating the better.
