Hi all! I'm a 1st Dan Black Belt in ITF Tae Kwon Do & I'll be testing for my 2nd Dan in November 2014. I'm also training in Tang Soo Do & will hopefully be ready to test for my Tang Soo Do Black Belt in the fall as well.

I do better when I have a big lunch & a smaller dinner. I try to eat a decent breakfast, a snack, my main meal at lunch, a snack, light dinner, and a small snack. I find I sleep better if I eat a smaller meal in the evening as well.

One of my personal favorites is Chocolate. Excellent movie! I also love Iron Monkey. Ip Man (the first one) is also one of my favorites.

Thanks for the great suggestions! I never considered logging ahead. That would help motivate me to plan ahead more than I currently do.
