Wow. I've never heard that before. What's your story?
-
Same here. It was tiny.

What's wrong with fat?

If a package says "1 serving = 300 grams" and I eat 400 grams of it, then I ate 1.33 servings. I didn't think it was that complicated haha :)

Thanks.

I weigh everything to the closest gram and then divide. Thus how I get my weird fractions sometimes. The chicken salad is a pre-packaged Costco mix.

The weight loss will show all at once for you?
-
And here is a day where I went a little nuts (high in calories).
-
This is a typical day. Thoughts on my daily food? Suggestions?

Really wish the body was more of a machine. Predictable weight loss.
-
That does make sense.

Gotcha. "Swings" refer to the water weight you keep, right?

I recently started reading Lyle! Great blog he has. One of his posts he actually says that super obese people should NOT see as much of a stall as their thinner counterparts. Thats part of the reason why I became worried.

Definitely don't expect 10 pounds per week. But when I am 24,000 calories BELOW tdee, I would expect *something*. A pound maybe? ya know?
-
Gotcha. Just making sure I understood.

Two weeks. And a week since. I just don't understand what my body is doing with that burned energy that is not turning into weight loss? I mean, this physics right? If I am eating less than I am burning, how is it possible NOT to lose weight?
-
Why does it matter what you eat? A calorie is a calorie, right?
-
A week.

Logical fallacy on the cavemen aspect. They VERY active - hunting, gathering, building etc. Their meals were to maintain their large calorie expenditure. Not lose weight.
