Honestly just logging in food everyday helps! If you have to binge eat, binge on healthy foods! Also, drink A LOT of water. It will make your stomach feel ridiculously full almost to the point where you feel sick, and you won't be able to eat. Additionally, stay active. The more you exercise the less likely you are to…
