I take 1 fish oil table a day.....don't know if it makes a huge difference, but running I don't get too achy (sp) afterwards !

I also love running, but run outdoors, 4 times a weeks, for up to 45 mins weekday (route planned, 3.8/4 miles) and on Saturdays up to one hour (8/9 miles). Also do strength 3 times a weeks, so I'll say yes, go for it! you're doing fantastically well!

I do, I use a HRM and with having little rest inbetween sets, I find this works out calories and especially fat burn very well!

You really need to go to a sports shop and get them to check your foot/running/length/stride/balance for the appropriate running shoes for you! I would seriously think about doing this, I never buy my running shoes without gettibg my feet check....by the way this is free here in London...don't know if it's the same in the…

I hear you! when I bought me it was whilst out on my normal shopping (food) and I carry a trolley for that, so I put it in there when I bought it, no carry, then into car to drive home! don't know what to advice about the weight you should get, but would say if the current one your using in the gym is getting 'light' then…

If ever I'm home from work or need to run in the morning (generally run lunchtime at work), I wouldn't eat anything before, just have a coffee, when I get back drink about 4 glasses of water then have breakfast!

Everyday at that level, Yeah! it's too much!! you need to give your body a rest! but again that's my opinion, you must do what you find best suits you!!

During the week I run by the river at work! City of London, generally full if tourist, but great running route with all the old buildings! on Saturdays I run from my front door to my local park...great place to run as again great running path...greeny, the only thing I don't particulary like is the dog walkers! Lol...sorry…

If you feel up to it...I'll say go for it, but take it slower and if you feel any aches then walk the rest of the way...well done on the 10k especially after an illness, good on you!

I'm doing the shred on level 3 day 5 - I also run so could say this is a combination of both! I do the shred every day. Started with level 1, but only did this for a day! found it easy!!! :blushing: did level 2 for two weeks and you can see my profile photo how I look now! as mentioned now on level 3.
