there is a massive amount of info on here and fights, defending or other wise for slimfast got to Search ---> type in slimfast --> enjoy personally, I like doing my own version with high quietly whey/casein/pea/hemp protein shakes instead and only one meal a day. I can sustain this for my life.

born with it, on meds at the age of ten. Exercise is the key. Add me if you want :) I always log my exercise and im always active. I don't let my thyroid hold me down!! and no one else should either!! when your on your meds, try hard and your lose :)

poor rats.... I have pet ones so I hate seeing studies BUT the only..ONLY good thing is, most stuff is tested on rats so if my rats are not feeling very well I know I can look up studies with wheatgrass, aloe vera and all that jazz and see if it helps the rats. It makes mine very happy :)

a few weeks isn't that long, and glad you saw there are better options out there after a few weeks on them HollisGrant :) trial and error is a good thing! though the café one I saw in the shops made me go and try and make my own low sugar cappuccino shake and chai teas, so they did inspire a little lol

they seem to be milk, sugar, and a multivitamin pill smooshed together. two shakes is over 40 grams of sugar and the protein content is still very low. i know that's what "a lot" of people in the UK eat, but I found it really disturbing and frankly a bit insulting, Most people at least try to watch what they eat, even if its one or two meals in the day. I could never eat like that, and they always dramatize it or find the worst eaters / diet in the world for these shows…

I am in love with my kettle bells... they really help with muscle. More muscle = more calories burned at rest, cant go wrong XD Kettle bells are great to start with if your not used to weights, again you tube the 'moves' on there I am afraid i'm a bit of a git when it comes to weights. not pills but some supplements are useful, but you have to research them first. simple things sometimes help, like supplementing with more bvitamns for more energy, stuff like that helped me :) but there is mostly bitter orange peel, yeber mate, and caffeine in these diet pills. I don't really think they are much good…

When people guess my weight, they say a stone lighter than I am, I feel your pain but like the others said you may weight more but if your leaner and more toned, then who gives a s**t? its a number! I say well done for all the hard work and the clothes fitting better!!!
