  • My mom and step dad are pretty healthy eaters and they shop at Aldi quite a lot and I've shopped there too and found some really good stuff. I usually prefer shopping there, Save-A-Lot, or Walmart. It seems like Aldi really does have the best deals on really good stuff, though. Might try there next time we grocery shop.

  • Oh, trust me, I wasn't having any problems going way over my calorie limit before when I didn't know or really care how many calories I was eating, but just from a few weeks of eating a lot less my appetite has decreased a lot.
