Thanks for posting! I've lost around the same amount in about the same time frame as well! I never thought I could before either! I've been a little down lately and not feeling as motivated but seeing how much the change is apparent in your body, it must be similar in mine even if I can't always see it.

I tried snow shoeing once on a field trip in middle school and it was fun! Again, though, I just can't make myself want to go out and do exercise when it's this cold. lol

Dang, sure are lots of haters! Let's not forget that with that calorie intake and a lot of weight training for a man it is realistic they could make that change in that amount of time.

I personally don't think that getting more attention after weight loss is "mostly" to do with increased confidence. The only thing you have to do to reduce body fat is create a calorie deficit. Stick to your calorie goals, keep doing what you're doing, and add in more strength training as you go.

Here's my two cents: Don't make yourself eat if your body isn't hungry, but possibly try and eat more calorie dense foods, like nuts and nut butters, beans, seeds, lean meat, and dairy. You don't have to eat junk to add enough calories, but I also understand that sometimes it's hard to eat above 1200 calories when most of…
