yup, having the same problem...I love apples so much, it's an addiction... today I realised that my sugar levels are pretty high, and I'll gradually try to decrease them. I don't think that the recommended daily amount is realistic, because foods are filled with sugar. If we were to throw out sugar, we wouldn't be eating…

You've probably heard this a million times, but get rid of the junk food! Get rid of the cake,and crisps and stuff and load on fruit, veggies, and I personally find this very helpful, unsweetened tea with lemon, lemonade and chewing gum. They have little or no calories, but you can chew/drink them for a long time...hope…

I don't really count water(maybe I should) but I never record drinks like unsweetened tea or lemonade cause they are in 99% 0 calories :D
