  • So this morning I did w6d1 and it was OK, I feel it is harder to break down the jogging in small pieces rather than jog for a whole 20 minutes straight. Actually jogged home to a friend who made me some waffles and coffee for breakfast and after that I jogged home. In total it was 6k and 44 minutes. I feel proud! :laugh:
