Hi you guys! A chart sounds great! And weighing in Wednesdays is perfect. I have been doing some counting and if I can get through the whole thing without breaks or repeating weeks I will finish July first. Today when we drove home from our little summer house my mother measured the distance. 6K! That is an awesome goal.…

I am so happy for you. I hope you two get to know each other and that it'll grow into a friendship that will last forever :) Love the pic!

Rach that is great that you've decided to sign up for another round. That is excellent news. Yes I like to be done with exercising as well, but now that I really enjoy it I get restless for the rest of the day. And never before have I felt that I have to take it easy with the exercise because I have absolutely no clue on…

101 Running songs is a great CD

I'm in! I started this Monday so I have finished day one and two. I just love it so far, and I can totally recommend the music from the CD 101 Running songs. They get me going. It is really stupid, but I can't wait till tomorrow so I'll be able to run again... Here is my weight and measurements, if anyone else…

Thanks Jenni, but I do use snuff pouches to cope with being without cigarettes in the beginning. :embarassed: hopefully I'll quit those as well in just a few days

I started this monday. Finished day 2 today. :) Love it so far!

No, it is probably not that you eat to much - it is because you exercise the same muscle groups too often (they don't have time to repair themselves in between). They hold on to water and also you might need to eat back your exercise calories. Seems like you don't do that now. The body needs fuel...

Hi Girls! Today I got up at 6 am and went out to do week 1 day 2 of C25K. Felt really good and it was warm in the air. A perfect day for jogging.... I really like it. It doesn't kill me and I can feel the progress I am making. Now I have to write my essay, which needs to be done by tomorrow... have a lovely Wednesday folks!
-
Thanks Becci! :) And good luck on the c25k to all of you! We can do this ladies!!!
-
Tami - Welcome back! You've had a tough week indeed. Rach and Claire are intelligent women and you should listen to them. Stress is not good. Just take care of yourself and your family and let each day be a special one... Becci - Welcome back to you too! And I am happy to hear that you know what tools to use when you need…

So sorry to hear that! People are idiots sometimes. My mom had a hard time accepting me weighing everything in the beginning. That was 2 years ago and now she is my biggest fan. Don't let them get to you - you are stronger than that. I quit smoking a few days ago (again) but this time I hope it'll last. Think about how…

I am in this moment loading my phone with good running music so I can start C25K tomorrow. Isn't everything about pace? You don't have to RUN for a minute, take it slow. I intend to jog - not run. Just to build stamina and when I can manage to jog comfortably for a long period of time I will up my pace. if you still find…

Don't think you've put on that much, and besides you've been working it this week! So even if you've put on you'll lose it in no time! Anyone got any tips on what challenge I could do? I am thinking about starting C25K tomorrow since I now know I am able to jog for more than 90 seconds...
-
Oh that is so nice! You just made me cry :)
-
oh and my weight for tomorrow is 94.6 kgs or 208.1 lbs...

Happy mothers day to all of you celebrating it today. Here in Sweden it is the last Sunday in May. I think I've found the key to getting off my plateau... Quit smoking!! I foolishly started to smoke again in February and the weight loss has not been moving fast since then. Quit the cigarettes this Wednesday and the scale…

Thank you Jenni! I got up from my couch and out for a jog! Feels great!! the average pace was 7:14 min/km. have to work on not walking like a snail in between my jogging sessions and to improve my distance. Today I could jog 1.1 km without stopping. I am so proud of myself. I know it is not a long distance, but for me it…

First of all, sorry for being absent for a while. I'll always think of you guys as my very own super heroes so just because I don't comment on everything that doesn't mean I'm not thinking of you! Becci - I know it is hard to get back up on the horse, especially when it seems like it is running away from you. I've been…

Rach - Boot camp sound like so much fun! Like Jenni said, we want to hear all about it! Jenni - Congrats to new clothes! yes it is expensive, but it is a journey all worth it. I really need a new wardrobe. Will go shopping in June I think. I think I'll take a long weekend to a city in Europe. It doesn't cost much to fly…

Becci - That looks like so much fun. And you are so pretty!!! No problem with the exercise cals... just don't stay away from food when you are hungry! I am starting to think I might not log the weight when I gain (cause it will happen again) but it just hit me that if I don't log it there will be a problem when I exercise…

I am so happy for you Jenni!! You will probably show a massive loss next monday even though is seems hard at the moment. Love your positive attitude!

Hello ladies! Thanks for the support when I felt down yesterday since I had gained some weight, but today I am happy happy! My current weight is 210.5 lbs or 95.7 kgs. Had to step on the scale today to see if my gain over these weeks was caused my tom and my sore muscles holding on to water. And It was. As for my six weeks…

Congrats to being OK with the fact that your body is fluctuating, and most of all that you didn't let the fear of gain keep you from losing! I know that chocolate can be comforting, but it does not help at all for graduation. No magical super chocolate powers there! I really hope you get the job! Moving on in you…

That's an INCREDIBLE weight loss!!! Have fun in London. I'm gonna go there for some shopping when I have the money and my clothes are starting to fall off :D Just love London!
-
Hope you'll have fun! Scale rehab can be a good thing!
-
Good job! Especially on the sit-ups!! When I saw how much you've burnt this month I decided to see how much I have burnt the last 26 days... And i had to calculate the result twice to actually believe what I saw. I can tell you already that upping these calories next month is next to impossible!! So far the calories I've…

Congrats to the loss!! That is insane, how did you manage that during Easter!? Welcome aboard! I did my Max-test yesterday and the result was for Girl Push-ups: 13 (I'm not kidding when I say I have no arm strength) and for the Sit-Ups: 12... Truly poor results, but it can only get better from here... Just took my…

Good job everyone! I am so happy Easter is finally over so that I'll be able to eat normally again! I had to blame my different lifestyle on something. Back on it tomorrow! The 1, 2, 3, 4 challenge I didn't finish and for next week I'm planning on starting a six week program to improve my arm strength and abs. Gonna do…
