  • Congrats Rachel! For me my minichallenge before wednesday is to take a plunge in the local pool. Just have to remember to stretch afterwords, tend to get crippled if i dont stretch my back after swimming. You all are doing great and should be proud of yourselves!

  • You shouldnt be. There are so many factors to why you havent been losing and the body needs time to adjust as well. I gained till when we are supposed to weigh in but 24h later i've lost again. I'm not happy with what my body is getting me through mentally, but i can't do so much about it...
  • My goal for this week is to do 100 pushups. You r all doing great!
  • Now i have done every test except the 30 minutes one. My results so far is pushups on knees: 9 ( i know - it is embarrassing, but hey - it can only get better) the plank: 30 seconds jump squats: 30 in one minute (almost killed me) wall squat: 22.7 seconds We can do this!

  • Woohoo I made it!! 3502 kcal burnt in one week. didnt look good there for a while, but i am proud of myself. My week looked like this: wednesday: 538 thursday: 137 friday: 755 saturday: 497 sunday: 308 monday: 729 tuesday: 538
  • I'm as happy as a clam :) i think it's good we have ONE thread...makes it a lot easier. For me wednesdays works great. I usually weigh in sundays so it's kinda mid-week for me. Makes me keep off the scale during the rest of the days....
