Having been in the same situation for around 12 months, exercising like crazy, eating well nothing was working. No weight change, no inch change, no body fat % change. I was in despair like you, then a friend pointed me in the direction of the Harcombe diet. It's not easy but I was desperate, I am currently 4 days into…

Some people in my class use dumb bells instead of barbells, can't see there would be much difference. Good luck

I use a packet pizza dough mix to make pies with.

Hi I use my fitbit 24/7 too. I wear a HRM when I exercise and log it through MFP, as with my food and it syncs back to fitbit. I track my sleep too which is usually depressing seeing how many times a night I wake up! Good luck I love mine have had it for about a year now and its part of me :o)

Hey hunny just had a little look at your diary and you not eating anywhere enough to lose weight. The absolute minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories a day otherwise your body will lose to start with but then stop because your body will go into starvation mode. If MFP has set your daily allowance at 1800 then you…

Jumbo oats made with water and raspberries, huge bowl for 160 calories, keeps me going for hours.

40 mins of high impact zumba done and way over on the water too. Water is easy I easily drink 10 glasses a day every day. Cardio is pretty much taken care of too in my normal routine. Thanks

Hi HRM monitors are not designed to be worn all day, you will never get the same result every day. I have my level on here set at lightly active and just wear my HRM when I actually exercise. So set your level and use it to add exercise calories burned. Good luck

My downfall is chocolate but I am going to give it up!! Also please don't use artificial sweeteners your body has no idea what to do with them. If you ned to add sweetness use agave syrup at least its natural sugar. We cannot eliminate sugar all together our bodies need it for energy, any natural sugar in fruit and veggies…

It looks like you are not eating enough, you have to eat to keep your metabolism working which in turn will help you lose weight. If you starve yourself, which it looks like you are your body will be in starvation mode and just hang onto everything that you eat. So if you workout you need to eat back your exercise calories…

BABY STEPS, just take baby steps. The whole thing is over whelming you and you will never do anything about it. Set very small goals, that has been said by someone else too. Walk for 5 mins Drink 1 more glass of water or even the first glass! Eat something healthier Keep it small, give yourself a pat on the back when you…

Hi I have had mine since January and love it. It keeps me motivated and its great that it synces with MFP so I only have to add the data once. I am just getting back on track after having surgery in March, so my fitbit will really help me lose the extra pounds that have crept on during my recovery. If I exercise using my…

I did it as part of an 8 week diet plan in 2010 and wow what a difference. All those digestive issues disappeared and I felt so much better. Have not eaten it since, I use soya milk, spread and yogurt. Though I have to admit I do miss chesse. Had some at Christmas at a friend's house and regretted it badly!
