I have only ran a few before, but I think you should walk if you need it. Just only walk for a minute or 2 when you need a break and make sure you do it at a fast paced. I noticed a big difference when I started running. I didn't do measurements or weigh myself then, but it totally toned my stomach, arms, and legs. And doing intervals is a great work out!

I hate diet pop! To me it doesn't taste like the real thing so I don't even bother drinking it. I don't buy pop so then I won't be tempted to drink it. Sometimes if I go out to eat, then I will have a regular pop as a treat, and I don't even drink the whole glass. Before I would have 2 or 3 refills of it. I think you will…

My first race I was about 38 mins, and then by my 4th one I was just over 34 mins. Even though I would like to be able to get around 30 someday, I am just always happy as long as I improve my time from the one before.
