  • Thanks for starting this topic! I haven't done a 5k yet but I have one coming up in May and then another one in July. I've been finishing 3.1 miles on a treadmill at around 45-47 minutes but that's on a treadmill lol my goal is to do it in less than 40 when the real thing rolls around.
  • SW: 194 pounds GW for the 10 week challenge: 20 pounds, give or take a few Ultimate GW: 150ish pounds by mid-May
