This happened to me as well. I lost the toenail. It took a year to grow back!!! My shoes we too tight. I got new shoes and now I run all the time with no problem. Good luck!!

I am a teacher as well. I eat protein bars, almonds, greek yogurt with flax seed. Flax seed absorbs water and becomes 8 times its size once ingested. It makes you feel full longer.

On the back of the video there is usually something that tells you the pace of each mile - it's always between 12 and 15 minute miles. Then just select walking and the pace. You may have to enter each mile individually to be more accurate.

I am very close to your weight and short too. I run; you can too. I would follow a couch to 5k and go from there. You can do it!! I've completed a 5k, 8k, and 10k. Planning to do a half marathon in March. Just follow a reasonable training program for beginners and invest in a great pair of running shoes. Good luck!!

My husband had the exact same situation a few years ago. You really should go through the 6 to 8 weeks of cardiac rehab with certified cardiac rehab professionals. I wish you the best!!
