Sorry I haven't posted my miles for awhile...I have 24.5 miles for the last 2 weeks

Forgot to post yesterday...only got 7.75 miles in this week. Decided to spend my time focusing more on my food and lost over 4 lbs for the week! Plan to get more miles in this week! :)

I use almond milk or coconut milk in my shakes. I stopped drinking cows milk a long time ago, and got off of soy after being told it has more bad effects than good. I'm trying to stay away from most dairy in general though,
