Are there any cheap gyms in your area? I pay $10 a month for a gym with weight and cardio machines only b/c I know I will go nuts w/o a gym but know I won't use all the extras in a nice gym. I supplement this gym with various classes around town.

Right now I just lift (either upper body or lower body using the machines) and do 30 min on the eliptical. I like to hear what other people do though b/c the gym can get very boring. This week I was thinking of doing arms, 30 cardio, legs, 30 cardio 4x per week and just going for a walk outside on the other three days.

I think you'd eat organic versions of condiments with real ingredients. For example I buy mayo made with olive oil and I understand everything that is on the label. As far as cereal and pasta, you could make your own of either if you wanted to be strict or just buy the cleanest shelf version that you can. I think most…

I would also say eat a healthy meal later. I, for some weird reason, LOVE McDonalds cheeseburgers (the small kid ones), but just one of those is 300 calories! What are you eating. If you're eating fake sugar... that will make you go and that's not good. If you're eating quinoa, lentils, etc. that will help clean things out which is good and will make you lose more weight. If you're eating healthy then I think it's good!

I liked the community aspect of WW but MFP's website is SO SO SO much better than WW's. NO CONTEST! If you want to spend the money, WW is fun and I did loose more b/c of the support.

I went to the gym and lifted upper body. Then I did 15 minutes on the stair stepper, 15 minutes on a bike, 30 minutes on a treadmill. Burned 758 calories and had an average heart rate of 138 :)

I always find that reading weight loss books, fad or not, are motivating. Maybe just pick it up at the library.
