Hitting the gym right after work. I pack my gym bag and bring it to work so that way I don't have an excuse to stay home. If I go home, I'd sit down and skip the gym.

I do the advanced step, super hulla hoop for 6 mins, and rhythm boxing for 10 mins everyday and have noticed a slight difference in weight... but I also go to the gym for at least an hour 6 days a week.

It will take some time for your muscles to get used to working so hard again. It goes away after a time or two :)

I know exactly what you mean. My mom recently lost a lot of weight and was getting lots of attention, but now that I'm going to the gym everyday and eating right she rolls her eyes when I talk about my new lifestyle. I'm excited and proud of myself for sticking to this and I don't even talk about it when she's around…
