The only thing with running is it's high impact and bad for people with joint or knee/feet problems. LOL Gotta make sure you have good shoes. It's great for calorie burning though! :)

The calculators online can't be accurate. Everyone's body is different. You can have a thin waist line but more fat in areas like thighs, arms, etc... everyone's body is different. I tried several sites one time and they're all different. frustrating. good luck!

The water deplacement test is the most accurate. Thinking about looking for one in my area.

I don't know about the health benefits but I drink Hot Green Tea (herbal, not the bottled stuff) all the time but recently (cause it's hot), I've brewed it, let it cool and put it in a pitcher or some container with a few slices of Lemon in the frig. I usually pour it over ice and add splenda before drinking it. MmMmm mmmm…

Congrats! I just dug out a box of old clothes that were too small.. I was able to fit into half of it! I've also been holding on to these old pair of jeans my sister gave me that didn't quite fit but I wore them yesterday and had to keep pulling them up! Don't you just LOVE ♥ it!!!! :heart:

I have a HRM and "if" I do clean I would log it because it's not my day to day activity. For me (thanks to hubby who does the cleaning) it is considered extra work lol

good job! Just maintain. You're already on the right track. If you start working out your abs and gaining more muscle, your weight won't really matter. It's how you feel that matters. If you're happy :)

I like to eat watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, strawberries... all healthy. There's yogurt (80-100 cal) If I want some chocolate, I've got my 80 cal choc pudding :)

Yup, I just want to feel good when I slip on a sexy dress and it FITS.... but that also means, the numbers going down on my scale! :P Of course, the number isn't as important.

I can't remember where I read it but the working out in the morning thing is suppose to help with your energy level for the day and it helps burn calories... Not eating late at night is due to digestion (if you eat right before bed) I think :P

Honestly, I still indulge in a juicy burger and french fries on the weekend as long as i'm not over my weekly calorie limit. That's the only way i'll survive this thing! It's true that's the only time you have with your fam so that is why i love the weekends too! :)

You still have time until Sept. If you just aim for 1 lb a week (which is healthier) You'll shred at least 8 more pounds by the end of August. Remember that there are other ways of being active other than going to the gym :) (walking, cleaning your house, gardening...etc)

It's Pho, but be aware that Pho has lots of sodium in it.. if you care about your sodium intake. I LOVE PHO! had it for lunch haha
