  • Wow, everyone has transformed beautifully
  • So sorry...Can we please be friends? I'm needing to lose weight before ttc in a few months
  • Good job! ! I'm on day 2 this time will not let myself give up. Could we be friends?
  • In addition to all the yummy sautéed veggies you can add, try cooking it with a bit of chicken broth next time.
  • Throw them in a soup! Or sautee and add to just about anything, I'd have it with my scrambled eggs, ontop of potatoes, in cottage cheese, etc. Play around. :)
  • I don't understand cottage cheese being sweet, like mixing it with fruit. Yucky to me. I can add it to just about any meal... but as a snack, I have been enjoying it lately with chopped steamed beets. Yummy.
  • I hear you! ! I'm sick of feeling the way I do, so hear is to day 1
  • Does anyone want to be my friend? I need to lose for my sisters wedding in august!
  • i LOVE it in my rice! and if i make Kraft dinner (rarely) i also put it over my potatoes, vegetables like steamed broccoli or cauliflower,... i make some yummy cottage cheese salsa scrambled eggs! mmmm. made some chicken fajitas the other day and used cottage cheese instead of shredded. i have never tried it with fruit....…
  • If it is too easy, up your weights. I as doing 3 pounds and I got through it fairly easy. Didn't break too much of a sweat. That did not cause my body to struggle and adapt. There were NO CHANGES to my body in pounds or measurements (took them first day of level three urr). Decided to restart, this time with 5 pound…
  • all I can say is WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!
  • You need to eat them back! Your 1200 calorie day already has a calorie deficit. If you do not eat back your calories, you will be at an extreme defecit and your body will go into starvation mode.
  • If you try oatmeal and you don't get acid reflux, maybe try that instead! I like to have one serving oatmeal, more water than it calls for, add some yogurt (it makes it really creamy and adds flavour! I know some people back in the brown sugar and what not, but I love me some yogurt in mine!) and maybe chop up and throw in…
  • I REALLY hope I can get results like you! WTG
  • Thanks everyone!! The lighting makes me look more buff... BUT I hope that one day I can earn the nick name guns. POW POW! My ultimate NSV is to do a pull up!
  • Did you just jump straight to the 'conclusion' part, or did you actually take the time to read the hazards? FDA may say it is safe with an 'acceptable daily intake'. If a substance causes hazards to your body and health with larger doses, why would you even want to consume it at an 'acceptable daily intake' ??? No thanks.…
  • I would have to say avocado is not for everyone. lol.. I'll be honest, the first... three to four times? I DID NOT like it on my toast, but I am changing my lifestyle and know it is healthy and beneficial for my body. A wonderful thing about our bodies is that our sense of taste can aquire tastes! I now love it on my toast…
  • What are you Bleaugh-ing?? lol! Natural peanut butter? Or peanut butter in general? Trust me, natural peanut butter is gooooood! :) I DO NOT like peanuts, I am not a peanut person, but I am down for some natural peanut butter anytime :P Or if it is peanut butter you don't like in general, try a different nut butter! Almond…
  • You want some beneficial calories ? Try nuts! Almonds and pistachios are good for you. Also, almonds help to curve your hunger :) Maybe you can look into Hemp Seeds. I add that to ever breakfast in the morning, in my oatmeal.. eggs.. or lunches and suppers in sandwhiches, salads, etc. They are high in calories, but…
  • Oh the joys of Nutella. Nutella is DELICIOUS, but it is NOT good for you.. It is empty sugary calories. Especially adding that onto fruit, which fruits are high in sugar, is a big heaping pile of sugar. Sugar is not good for weight loss. I would definitely recommend natural peanut butter... meaning NO oil, sugar, or salt!…
  • http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1392232/ Here is one. But seriously, you want proof? Go find it.
  • THE DEVIL!! lol ASPARTAME (found in DIET)!! Horrible for you. It is hard on your body, linked to cancer, and a documentary I watched one time mentioned how piolets in the air force are NOT ALLOWED to drink it because it is not good for your eyes/eye sight. I do not remember the last time I had a soda. Sodas do not appeal…
  • I was thinking the EXACT SAME THING. Instead, they get defensive and "Ya well THIS happened to me blahblahblah". Like really? With everything people here are telling you, you cant go 'oh, my bad. Sorry guys I didn't think about genetics and skin elasticity being a big contributer since I had good genes and it never crossed…
  • I WANT TO DO DAY 3!! But I am sun burnt on my shoulders, chest and back from yard work yesterday. BOO! I told myself I could do it, laced up those shoes and put the DVD on... doing the shoulder crosses in the warm up I had to turn it off. Ouch. I will take a long wlak with my dog in a bit! :) I am sure he would absolutely…

  • BELLY BUTTON PIERCING! Has been my goal right from the beginning!! 15-20 more pounds and it is MINE!
  • I'm starting 30DS !! This will be the first time I will do it completely through and follow my calorie intake. I did it on and off last month and made it to level three, but I had NO CHANGES! Pounds or inches. So I am redoing it, this time tracking on MFP! I hope to have the results you do!! Way to go. It must feel good to…
  • CONGRATS!! That is definitely something on my to-do list... Never could.
  • I will probably take Sundays off!
  • Hey there! You are sore because your muscles are in shock! I am not expert, but my personal advice and advice I see from a LOT of other people is to PUSH PAST IT! If I am quite sore, I typically take the extra time to do my own stretches before I start a DVD. same with at the end, I do more stretches than what they do and…
