Today is my rest day. Tomorrow i will start week 5! Im down 5.4 pounds since i started and within the last week, my husband has been doing it with me!

Im in week 4 and can feel my body changing. Im not sure how much weight i have lost, i will evaluate that when i weigh on saturday.

Im in! May 10th.... hmmm.. 2 weeks before my baby brother graduated from high school. Im going to go with 15 pounds... thats alot for me but it would be nice!

I just started weeks 3 and 4 yesterday and I am finding tonight's workouts way more intense than I am used to! I hope it all pays off in the end though! ;-)

My goals for 2014 are: 1) Lose my 100th pound (weigh 169) 2) Stick with the strict exercise/weighing/measuring schedule I've set myself up for) 3) Eat a lot cleaner than I did last year.

C-O-L-D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are the coldest we have been from Dec. 1st to Dec 20th since 1985!!!! We have been in wind chill advisories/warnings almost every night since Thanksgiving, lol. I can't wait until spring!

I havent had starbucks since September 30th.... i swore it off when i swore off going over 100 carbs daily... over half of my limit would have been spent on a tall caramel frapp!

I love cats! I have 3 currently... 2 were my husbands when I first met him and 1 is a kitten that I rescued from the side of the road after he had been thrown out of a vehicle going 40mph when he was 3 months old. Since the day I was born, I always had at least 2 cats!
