I've done the first and second workout. My thighs and lower abs are super sore and I still can't complete it all yet, but I'm working on it.

I got mine today, and did the first workout. I was pitiful Good thing I can only improve with each workout.

I eat out occasionally. You'll be fine. Just don't do it everyday.

If I still have calories left, I dont mind eating that extra biscuit or whatever. There are occasions were I do go over too. It happens, and I try not to dwell on it too much, or let it happen too often. Overall, I've done pretty well with keeping within my goals, and losing weight. Counting calories has just made me more…

I got shin splints when I first started running. I skate a lot and just figured it was from trying to do something new too hard and too fast. I'd wait a few days till the pain went away, then cut my run down to a half a mile a few days, and then the next week bumped it up another quarter mile. My lungs were ok with the…

kielbasa sausage and rice. Both are pretty cheap and are awesome together.

I don't think there's a time limit on when you can eat. I'd think calories at 5pm and calories at 10pm are the same diff. I eat snacks when I want them

I usually just try to think of something similar at another chain restaurant, and use that as my calorie count.

I make it in like this a lot. http://www.closetcooking.com/2010/06/asparagus-grilled-cheese-sandwich.html

I rinse my ground beef when its done cooking.. Im not sure as far as calories and stuff, but Im almost positive its gotta be lowering the fat content.
-
I had to start with a higher calorie count until I got used to eating around that much. I've since lowered it twice. It gets easier, but for me following the portion sizes on the boxes of stuff was what really helped me get lower. Cereal, pasta, and peanut butter were my hard ones. Some days I still go over, especially if…

Mine is open, but I've overall had a bad week. LOL It's usually not that bad, I swear.
-
Maybe just change up your snack. Peanut butter is pretty high cal, put some of that on a couple crackers and you'll be surprised how fast your calories disappear.

If I know Im going to be working out a lot in the evening, I may have a carb heavy meal, bc its higher in calories, earlier in the day. After the work out, I drink chocolate milk, bc its an easy snack and filling.
-
If Im low on calories at the end of the day, I may drink a chocolate milk. And its good for you. http://eatthis.womenshealthmag.com/content/chocolate-milk-diet?article=4&page=1

I drink a cup of chocolate milk sometimes. Its not too bad on the calories, but gives me the full feeling.

I tattooed over some of mine. You'd never know they were there.

Can you add a cardio work out into your day? If Ive thought I was going to go over, bc I was hungry earlier than usual, I just throw in another work out to balance my day out, and add more calories to my allotment.

If you have access to a fridge and microwave at work, you can always make a slightly larger meal at night, and save the leftovers for work. That's how I make lunches for my husband all week.

I took a cycling class once at the gym. It bruised my taint. That was enough for me.

I have to eat pepperoni with cottage cheese. Not like mixed together, but I like to eat a pepperoni, and then take a bite of cottage cheese.

According to the wrist thing, I'd be small framed also. I never really thought it was realistic for me to envision myself much smaller than 150 because of playing sports, and my legs being so muscular. My thighs are beasts. But It seems Im dropping weight pretty quickly, since I've started, so who really knows where I'll…
