Count me as a repeat starter. I quit smoking in July and also developed plantar faciitis, so I couldn't work out. Needless to say I gained back 30 of the 25 pounds I lost!

So sorry about your dad. Don't beat yourself up. I think hospital scales are off by ALOT more than the scale at your gym. You can do this!!!! :smile:

I love roller coasters. I live close to an amusement park and there were two rides I was to big to fit on. I was determined to get on them and I did. Also it was embarassing when riding with my 4 year old and I was afraid I couldnt get the belt on. No fears now, I slip right into the seats and the belts go on easily.

I had a cat who did this too. I tried everything! No bladder infections or health issues. He was just tempermental. He did have crystals in his urine a few times and our vet told me to get low ash cat food. I think Iams is the only one who sells specifically low ash food. I hope you find something that works.
