and how could they exercise? their limbs would fall off if they lifted weights and they cant run, they just kinda shuffle. Hmmmm. LOL My husband had a dream the other night that we were preparing for the zombie apocolypse.

It's my guilty pleasure too. My husband complains about it but don't let him fool you, he gets sucked in too. LOL I love seeing how messy their house is but how clean their shoes are! And I want JWOW's body!!!!

Generally I work out 5 days a week. I do interval training on the treadmill for an hour 4 days a week. I work 3 twelves with a 3 hour commute so I usually don't get home till 9 at night. Mocha Frappe's from Mcdonalds. I seriously used to have 3-4 a week. I had one for the first time about 3 weeks ago and couldn't even finish it.

I have never been able to eat breakfast. I knew it was hindering my weight loss. I just could not bring myself to "eat" within an hour of waking up. I chose to drink a protein shake for breakfast. It has been working great.

I have a treadmill. I parked it in my bedroom so I will use it. I leave for work at 5am and get home at 9pm (3 days a week). I found myself making excuses for going to the gym that late but I will generally jump on the treadmill for at least 30 min after work (most days). I have free weights I use too. I think I work out…

Nothing but the free run makes me sweat, but I have alot of fun with the kids using it (and it makes them exercise)

I am on my feet literally 12 hours a day at work. It is not unusual for me to walk 5-10 miles in a day (we all wore pedometers to see who walked the most once). I do not log any of that. I have considered logging CPR because that is a CRAZY workout, but it's morbid so I wouldn't. LOL I will however log when I mop my floors…
