I'd be hungry on 2000kcal a day too, which is why I'm happy to lose very slowly, as I need to be happy enough within myself to be kind to my children, my husband and my pupils, and if I'm hungry too long I won't be! For me that's the trick: find your sweet-spot, where you're still losing but you can sustain the calorie…

Are you trying to say you don't want to gain muscle?

I like to treat myself to a microwave mug-cupcake made with egg, preferably milled seeds instead of flour, and then chocolate, nuts or whatever else I fancy, 1-2 minutes in the microwave, then topped with Greek yoghurt to cool it enough to eat. I ate it a lot when I had Gestational Diabetes and had a moderate carb diet.

That was quick!

Booked flights to Japan for the summer and every extra gram will mean more sweat. I'm trying to use that fact to help me, but winter makes me want excessive carbs so badly!

Do you get a gym induction? Here they'll often set you up with a basic routine for free.

If you did it before you can do it again. I've been monitoring my weight and logging calories for years now and there are definitely points where I don't do so well: changes in routine, weather, political events. I have to remind myself I'm playing the long game, that the goal is long-term health, not a quick fix, and,…

Can't yell. Only one awake. Feel tired. Shall whisper: Sexy. Sexy. Sexy.

These kind of things seem to forget that just staying alive requires rather a lot of calories, so you'll burn 55 calories just by sleeping, no problem.

I'm awful with Dairy Milk, but I can restrain myself with 85% and absolutely love the 100% from Montezuma.

You must have been very slim to begin with because 54kg at 165cm is a BMI of 19.8, so any weight you lose is not for health reasons.

At my lightest my boobs go BELOW an A Cup, and that's not particularly light.

How about trying to find a physical activity that makes you happy. Dance? Running? Swimming? Well done for not turning to the food.

When my kids are older the early morning might suit me, but at the moment that's school run time. Do you stand to actually lose money if not enough people come? On another note, I find Zumba instructors so varied that I stick to Wii Zumba now, because I know I won't be stuck in a slow class or with a teacher with no feel…

I think being drop dead gorgeous might be your problem, and perhaps there is a regional element to how much chat is expected at the gym too. Here, in the South of England, it took weeks before I got beyond the smiling stage with the regulars, and it never got to the chatting stage. But I'm not drop dead gorgeous, so…

It's going pretty well. Only major problem is not having enough pokeballs.

Most people I know who have a fitness tracker have a Fitbit and most of them have gotten on well with it. If the social side might suit you, take that into consideration too.

My job isn't a problem. I'm a teacher too, but I walk to school and there is quite a distance from my classroom to many other places I need to go. There is a lot of food provided throughout the day, but there is a healthy option and it's up to me whether I take it or not. My job is one reason why I choose a small deficit,…

I follow my Fitbit maintenance calories to gradually lose weight, and occasionally I do a few days of nutrient-dense, low calorie eating to drop weight faster. So, in a normal week, I never go below 2000kcal and am often above 2500. In a low calorie week I still eat more than you do!

How long have you been injured? My son snapped his arm in two at the start of the summer, and while he was stuck on the sofa for a few days, he could go for walks pretty soon and by the end of the holidays he was back to proper hikes. His sling was excellent. I wonder if a better sling would help. They also gave him a…

The most important thing is that you KNOW you're in control of your weight, because you've lost the weight before. I gained 10kg in about a month when I took my eye off the ball at the wrong point, but I know I can get the weight back off, it's just up to me. Personally, I would have gone off on a rant about how exercise…

If my behaviour is becoming obsessive, I take an mfp break, and then come back to it. For example, if I won't eat something if I don't know the calories, that's a step towards trouble. Mfp is a tool and it's up to the user to keep its use positive.

My mum and I had the same problem. Pressing the button on my one, while it was not the charger, until it showed the version number, worked (eventually).

When they're on offer the white chocolate Grenade bars at H&B are amazingly yummy.

Google mug cakes and make yourself a single serving of a heavenly cake. You can even go low sugar / low carb / high fibre if you want. When I had gestational diabetes they were the best start to the day to make me feel less deprived but keep my sugars low enough to not end up on insulin.

Might you have missed some nutrients while you were ill?
-
Can you say something about yourself so that we know if we have anything in common?

And we're taking our Weepinbell. So it kind of hovers.

It depends on what egg they would come out of, so 1k per candy for 2k egg hatchlings, 3k for 5k and 5k for 10k. This may be the turning point that makes me actually move considerably more!
