I am 20 lbs from my goal - also having lost 80. I am having a rough time right now with the holidays. I try not to get down about it. I have gained back between 5-7 pounds in the past month. One thing I have tried to do is really buckle down and cook. I don't have a lot of time or energy or inclination during the week.
