  • I think if you try to go any thinner with your height it prob. won't be healthy for you. Congrats on your weight that you have lost btw. In all honesty you might have a small gut from extra skin from working out. Keep up the good work just think about what is healthy not what your look.
  • Fitness wise I want to get down to 135 by June...and lose all my belly fat. Health wise I just want to be able to eat healthy and portion control...I already cook fairly healthy. I also am giving up soda, beer, and liquor...I will drink the occasional glass of wine, but not the whole bottle.
