Can someone share the link referenced above? Thanks!

Everyday! Like Bob Harper says... I am a big girl and can handle it! I can tell when I have had too much sodium or not enough water. There is usually an explanation for the number, good or bad

It is hard to over due walking! My trainer is a big supporter of walking. I would agree with you... When I watch TV at night (Biggest Loser on Monday night) I just "walk" on my elliptical.

I used a calculator to figure out my TDEE (don't know how to calculate any other way) and it came out to 2,100. So I feel comfortable with an intake of 1,600 but think I need to up it on my big workout days. I guess I am just trying to wrap my head around the idea of eating my exercise calories. I was always under the…

Thank you! This is the info I was trying to get out of my poorly worded question!!!! I am trying to work on upping my protein to 100 g. Some days are better than others with it.

Is a NET of 1200 usually a consensus amongst the community? I am really just trying to decide it intake or net is really what matters. I wouldn't go 1200 for intake ever.

Oh and I do track my BF% and have maintained the same amount of muscle. Ie: percentage has gone down and fat has but not muscle mass.

Thanks for the responses. I think I will need to do a little research into it. I do think 6-700 is too low for a daily net. I wonder if 1200 will be too high as a net when I have burned a ton... ie: eating 2000+ on those days. I think I would have a hard time eating 2000 plus calories. (ETA: both mentally and physically…

You look great! And I love your message!!!

Do you track sodium? Do you drink 10+ cups of water? If your sodium was high, that is more than likely the cause. Keep your water intake up to help lose the "water weight" quickly. I find that with drinking around 12+ cups of water a day, I don't get fluctuations in my weight from sodium within reason (2000-3000 daily).

Start today like the binge never happened! Eat within your caloric goal and drink a TON of water (to help flush all the "yuck" out!) and do some light exercise. Tomorrow you will feel better and even better the next day! 3 days can't kill a lifetime journey!

A couple of my family members and I are hiking Pike's Peak in September and that seems like it would help train for the altitude... but I don't think I could wear it in public. LOL!

I am glad she gives you an idea. I have watched the Pre-DVD but not previewed any of the workouts. I have lifted some but never focused on the lift heavy concept.

It is a good place to start! I am on my last week and have been loving the program and results!

Great job!!! You have lost the weight of my daughter (1 1/2 years old). I did a hike with her on my back yesterday. 26 pounds matters! LOL!

-Not going to miss having to order bras online because I am so big! -Not going to miss having to shop in the limited plus section! -Not going to miss my thighs touching each other! -Not going to miss hating the fat face look with wet hair! -Not going to miss my stomach jiggling! -Not going to miss "looking" preggo! -Not…

I love it!!! (And don't sell it!) it has done wonders for my energy and appetite as well as regularity. I find that I burn more (I use a HRM) when I drink it before a workout.

This thread was obviously started to just start an argument and not an ask about others opinions...

And I agree with the person above... the Vegan ones are terribly gritty but the Chocolate (non-Vegan) and the Greenberry are great.

Confused... Is this a post about what your thoughts are on Shakeology or the Shake Weight??? There is nothing in the original post but "No". That said... I love Shakeology. I am not a coach... I have been using Shakeology for 4 weeks now along with eating healthy (around 1500-1600 calories a day) and working out and am…

Additives??? I thought it was pretty natural and without additives.

I workout. And concentrate on working out.
-
Try adding chia seeds to your shake. They are great thickeners!
-
I think it is a great first step program. I am on week 4 and enjoy it. I am doing ChaLEAN Extreme next.

I am approximately 220 lbs and use an HRM. I burn around 220 doing Start It Up and 410 doing Ramp It Up! Haven't done Burn It Up yet but probably around 450-475.
-
I should note I also eat a pretty clean diet of around 1600 calories a day. I considered Shakeology to also be my multi-vitamin even though I am eating good throughout the day I still think it is a good idea. :-)

I am not a BB Coach but drink Shakeology and love it. It took me a couple if days to get down my perfect "blend" and now it is delicious. I do find benefits from it and I am sure that can vary from person to person. I can afford the $120/month so I do it. Personal choice and for me it is the right one.

Everywhere I have read it says SIU is 2 weeks... hum? Oh well, I did it for two and started RIU yesterday.

Yesterday I did Ramp It Up for the first time. I was surprised at how well I did. I was able to keep up on all the reps except for a couple on the new "all-fours" section. Just a little sore today!
