SOOOOO AWESOME! Congratulations on your success, on your dedication and on making a true lifestyle change! What an amazing accomplishment to be able to say you ran a half marathon!!! Great job!!!

You see less boob with me nursing than in most people's profile pics... As a matter of fact, I don't think you can see ANY skin and I don't cover up!
-
I have nursed both of my kids (one to age 16 months and the other to age 22 months) and both have nursed in public without a blanket over their head. I can say that most people didn't even notice and if they did, they couldn't see any more of my breast than that of a lady wearing a low cut shirt and no where near as much…

Hey there, when I did it I had an HRM. I was around 220 pounds then and burned about 500 calories an hour. That should give you a good estimate! I will send you a friend request. Feel free to ask me any questions! Slim in 6 holds a sweet spot in my heart. It was my first program!!

CONFIDENCE is the key! Wear it with the confidence you should have, wear it with the pride you should have and EVERYONE will notice how gorgeous you are!

I really pushed and went as heavy as possible. I think you will get more results the heavier you go (obviously don't hurt yourself). I used 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 and 30! It is an investment to get all the dumbbells or adjustable weights but it is worth it!

I have less than two weeks left of CLX and I drink Shakeology every day. Check out my blog on here for some CLX inspiration! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/susanmarnold (Scroll down a bit and you will see my pics from Day 1 to Day 60.) I will send you a friend request as well! Hang in there! Trust the program!

I did Slim in 6 before CLX and I totally kicked myself for not doing pictures and measurements. When I started CLX I promised myself not to do that again! Take pics now!

I wish there was a one program answer! LOL! i used the remove backgroud feature in Microsoft Word after inserting the photos and then coverted it to PDF/JPEG. That probably doesn't make the most sense but I don't know an easy way of doing it!
-
Thank you all so much for the positive words of encouragement!
-
Honestly, and I know this isn't the answer you want, to get this good of results, it is a LOT of nutrition changes!
-
Grrrr.... any idea what I am doing wrong with the pics. They are still in Photobucket and not moved! ETA: Got it!
-
That just sounds rude... Search function often can take a long long time sorting through and not finding what you are looking for. OP: Great job on your loss! Keep at it. I hope you are able to start exercising soon. I would definitely talk to your doctor first though before doing anything more than walking.

I love my Shakeology and have had great success with it!
-
Thank you! It is nice to hear that the 120 g should be my maximum and not my minimum as I had been thinking. Ahhh... I am changing my PM snack for the day! LOL! 100 g is just so much easier for me to achieve!

YOU ARE A FRIGGIN' ROCK STAR!!!
-
LOL! So true!!!
-
I have lost a ton in the chest! And am super happy!!! I started out as a 40I and am now down to a 36F! Yeah! I really hope to get down to a D or E by goal weight. I would not be upset if I went down to a B or C though! They do look sort of "deflated" now but I don't mind that at all!
-
You are doing so awesome! How inspirational! Great job!!!

I know a lot of people will tell you just to eat. I know it is not that easy. My sister-in-law (20 years old) also has medical/medicine that really affects her appetite to where she literally gets sick when she eats. It is hard. She is down to 85 pounds. :-( I hope you are able to get medicines changed around and it gets…

I deleted some of the entries from the down time and put back in and now they synced!
-
Now I need to go re-read... two of you have the same pic... Grrr....
-
You quoted yourself... I don't get that...
-
I knew what you meant from the title right away! I am approaching overweight and can't wait to be overweight! WAY TO GO! SUCH AN AWESOME VICTORY!
-
OMG... I have a fitness girl crush on you! LOL! YOU ARE AMAZING!!! Great story and inspiration! You ROCK!
-
Check out ChaLEAN Extreme. Great program for strength training. I think of it as the not so long version for women of P90X! It is great. I have been doing it for 28 days and loving it!
-
Way to go! You look ten years younger in your after photo! Great job! I am big fan on Chalene. I am doing CLX now and finish the Burn Phase on Monday. I am also a big Turbo Fire fan! Love Beachbody and how they have helped so many people!
-
Those abs are ROCKIN'!!! Great job!
-
I wouldn't say it is making them more fat but I do agree that without weight training you will lose muscle as well as fat. I have heard that starvation mode doesn't really apply to the obese but it does for the overweight (per BMI) and normal range.
-
Do the Fire Starter workout a couple of times before you start if you are uncoordinated like me!!! I just love the energy of the workouts! Chalene is the greatest!!!
