My husband swears by burnt and mean very black, toast. Our family has also been dealing with flu type symptoms this week. Once they finally give in and ate the toast, they felt better.

I'm 44 and almost 30 pounds overweight. I have 7 children, 5 which I gave birth to. Baby is 15. I need people to become motivated with too. Seems like an impossible task but after reading different post on this site, I'm getting excited to start.
