I had never tried the salads with strawberries, vinagarette dressing, etc. I tried it recently and am HOOKED! Please remember that muscle weighs more than fat. SO, if you're weight training now, you're gaining muscle and weight (GOOD) weight! Keep at it!

I drive an hour each way to work. My favorite breakfast on the go is the "omelette in a bag". We always have these while camping, but they are really handy at any time.
