I like using it as sour cream so I put it on my salads and potatoes. When I want something sweet adding honey or granola does the trick!

So I have a question can we count the movement at work because I wore my step counter today and I had a total of 10586 steps I saw where one site said 2000 steps equal a mile and I know when I worked for JC I think we estimated 3500 steps to be a mile so if I went by the 3500 I walked 3 miles today and if i go by the other…

My suggestion would be eat more for the amount of working out you do!! I know it sounds strange I can't even wrap my head around it but I have done Insanity and P90X losing inches but no weight

Oh wow page 20 and I am finally hitting the boards!! Today I got in 10 miles 6miles riding my bike and 4 miles walking my bike broke along the trip!!:grumble: Glad today was as gorgeous as it is so the walk felt great!! Total time 2hrs and 30mins!! 10/62=52 left to go!!

I made some no bake protein bars today and I used coconut flakes in them that is a far stretch for me because I don't like the way coconut feels in my mouth never liked coconut pies or cakes etc. I do cook with coconut oil so that is me following this week challenge!!
